1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website closerinstitute.com.au and any related services, products, or content offered by The Conscious Leaders Movement Pty Ltd (ABN: 59 633 052 285) trading as Closer Institute (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Closer Institute provides remote sales training, mentorship, recruitment services, placement services, and related digital products and programs. Our services are designed to help individuals develop high-income sales skills and connect with employment and business opportunities in the remote sales industry.

Services include but are not limited to:

  • Training programs and courses (delivered digitally)
  • Mentorship and coaching programs
  • Recruitment and placement services for sales professionals
  • Subscription-based software and tools
  • Community memberships and group access

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

4. Payments

All prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit card, debit card, and other approved payment processors. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Closer Institute does not store your payment card details.

For subscription-based products or services, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected at purchase) until you cancel. The amount charged will be the price stated at the time of your subscription.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Closer Institute to charge your nominated payment method at the frequency and amount stated at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive access to the relevant service for the full billing period you have paid for, regardless of when you cancel.

How to cancel:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@closerinstitute.com.au or through the account management portal (where available). Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy below.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund terms are as follows:

Digital Products and Training Programs

Due to the immediate digital delivery and nature of our training content, all sales of digital programs, courses, and downloadable materials are final once access has been granted. No refund will be issued after access to the program or course materials has been provided, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Subscription Services

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. You will retain access until the end of your paid billing period.

Recruitment and Placement Services

Refund terms for recruitment and placement services will be outlined in the individual service agreement provided at the time of engagement. Where no specific terms are stated, our standard policy applies: fees paid are non-refundable once the placement or recruitment process has commenced.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is defective, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy. To request a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at info@closerinstitute.com.au.

How to request a refund:

Submit your request to info@closerinstitute.com.au with your name, order details, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding a purchase or our services, we ask that you contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

To raise a dispute, contact us at info@closerinstitute.com.au with full details of your concern. We will acknowledge your contact within 2 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction or seek independent legal advice.

We strongly encourage customers to exhaust this internal resolution process before initiating any chargeback or third-party dispute process.

8. Digital Delivery

Our digital products and programs are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, access will be granted via the platform, email, or portal specified at the time of purchase. Delivery is considered complete when access credentials or download links are provided. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a compatible device and internet connection to access the content.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services, systems, or networks. You agree not to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our platforms. You agree not to share your access credentials with third parties or allow others to use your account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, training resources, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by or licensed to Closer Institute. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning purposes only.

11. SMS and Electronic Communications

By providing your contact details and opting in through our website or other channels, you consent to receive SMS messages and electronic communications from Closer Institute. Message types include promotional messages about our programs and services, transactional messages related to your enquiry or purchase, and general notifications and updates.

Message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us directly. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our content. Results from our training programs may vary and are not guaranteed. Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not typical results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Closer Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
